Snack Bars are not suitable for use during the elimination phase of the FODMAP diet. Snack Bars contain dates, which are naturally high in fructose. Consult your healthcare practitioner if you wish to consume them during the rechallenge phase or introduce them to your diet if you are maintained on a FODMAP diet.
