Are the Choc-Caramel Protein Balls FODMAP friendly?

Choc-Caramel Protein balls contain only small amount of lactose. They also contain coconut, oats and rice malt syrup which are considered low FODMAP foods. It is best to avoid Choc-Caramel Protein balls during the elimination phase of the FODMAP diet due to the small amount of lactose content. They can be eaten (under your healthcare providers guidance) during the challenge phase of the FODMAP diet.
