Occasionally you may find a hard lump in your Power Bar.  This is most likely to be a Cacao nib - Some are harder than others and could be mistaken for being a rock or pebble. 

Cacao nibs are raw chocolate and are pieces of cacao beans that have been roasted, hulled and grated.  Occasionally a larger piece may slip through the manufacturing process.
