Will I gain weight after I stop the 28 Day Challenge?

Our main goal for you is to help you form better eating habits, learn better nutrition and lose the excess baby weight. As well as your 28 meal and exercise plan, during the challenge, we will send you educational information on the foods that you should concentrate on eating more of and the foods that you should consume only in moderation. We will help you change your eating habits for the better, so that once you achieve your weight loss goal, you will be armed with the knowledge and “habits” to maintain your weight loss on your own and not regain any of the weight.
