You can record whether you’ve eaten the meals in your plan or add in other meals/snacks you’ve eaten so the App can record how many calories you’ve consumed each day and whether you are reaching your daily calorie targets.
To track meals in the Home screen, click on the RECORD MEAL button under the image of the meal you'd like to record. Then add it, remove it and/or add in other items you may have also eaten with this meal. Click add to update your daily calories. You can also use the arrows on the Home screen to go back and record earlier or future meals you plan to eat for the day.
