When you first log into the new App or sign up for the first time to the Challenge, you will be guided through a set of questions to set up your profile and your needs for the Challenge. You will be able to choose from a number of different meal plan themes including:
Standard – our usual 1400-1500 calories per day plan with lots of recipe variety.
Budget Friendly/Time Saver – also 1400-1500 calories per day but with repeated recipes and meals you can make in bulk to save you money and time.
Higher Calories – for those requiring a higher amount of calories per day, choose this plan for a 1800-2000 calorie daily target.
Vegetarian – a meat free meal plan that is 1400-1500 calories per day.
Once you're ready to start using the App, take a look around to get yourself used to the different menu options and the Home page. You can also click on the ? icon in the top right corner of each page for a guided text tour of how to navigate through each page.
