I have paid for a subscription but I cant access anything.

Let us help you get connected, here is how you can log in:

  1. Go to: https://www.healthymummy.com/
  2. Then enter your username and password.

If you still can't get in, here is how you can reset your password: 

  1. Click on CHALLENGE LOG IN at the right hand side
  2. Click on FORGOT USERNAME/PASSWORD and you will be prompted to put in the email or username you used when you signed up
  3. Hit send.
  4. Log on to the email you have entered and wait for the reset password link to be sent to your email. 

This should be done once because the link expires everytime a new one is requested.
