When your order is dispatched from our warehouse you will be notified via email, and the email will contain a clickable link which can be used to track your order online.
Australia Post will then keep you up to date with your delivery via SMS or tracking link.
You can also manage the delivery using your free Australia Post "MyPost" account if you have one.
We recommend creating a MyPost account. You can track your parcels, redirect your deliveries, organise orders to be left in a safe place, and more.
If you can't find the email with the tracking link, no problem, log into your Healthy Mummy account here, click on ORDERS and you can follow the tracking from there.
If you are concerned about your order being lost or delayed, raise a ticket with our team here, and we will investigate with Australia post.
For Pre-Orders, the specific product page on the Healthy Mummy website will have information on expected shipping dates. This will also be displayed on your order confirmation.
Our team are very careful to pack each item into your order, but if things are missing, we will ship a replacement to you as soon as possible.
Please raise a ticket here, and explain what you have received and what is missing. Our orders are weighed for accuracy before they ship out.
