What is involved on the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge?

Each 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge includes four weeks of customisable meal and exercise plans that you undertake with thousands of other mums.

As well as daily food and exercise plans, you can automatically create shopping lists, and access over 3,500 additional healthy recipes. Most meals can be cooked in under 20 minutes and a family-friendly. There are also optional fortnightly exercise tests so you can track your fitness progress.

There is full support from The Healthy Mummy team and a private Facebook group to share your journey in, receive motivation and ask questions.
