What is the difference between the normal Healthy Mummy Smoothie and the Pregnancy Smoothie?

The Pregnancy smoothie has additional protein, calcium, iron and key nutrients needed in pregnancy. The normal smoothie is focused on post pregnancy and doesn't contain all the extra nutrients needed in pregnancy. If you do have the original and non pregnancy one please note that they do not have any caffeine, chemicals or artificial sweeteners in them, so they are safe as a once a day snack in pregnancy or as a nutritional boost. Please also note that one smoothie contains 180mcg RE Vitamin A. The Recommended Daily Allowance (RDA) of Vitamin A for pregnancy and breastfeeding is 700-800mcg, with an upper limit of intake of 2800-3000mcg per day. Due to the above we recommend the pregnancy smoothie for pregnancy which has no Vitamin A and is high in protein, calcium and pregnancy nutrients needed.
