Your smoothie is perfectly OK.  The blue particles or specks is Copper Gluconate (an ingredient in the product) which is blue by nature, a turquoise colour actually.  It is a fine powder and our manufacturer mills and sieves the particles down to spread them evenly across the batch, and it would seem that some slightly larger particles have probably re-agglomerated after sieving to form a few larger particles.
