Recipes are available to download and print from within The Healthy Mummy App.
Under 'Food', select if you want Day or Week view, scroll to the bottom of the page and tap on Print. There you can download the PDF directly to your device and then print.
You can also print out individual recipes by selecting a meal from your meal plan, scroll down and select Download Recipe PDF.
