How Do I Complete The Challenge Exercise Workouts?
When you first sign into the Challenge App and answer the questions about your BMR and activity levels, the App will suggest a total amount of activity minutes you should aim to complete each day.
You can do this however you like. You can follow any of the full-length workout videos available in the App or try the HIIT circuit workouts. These can all be found in the EXERCISE menu of the App or by clicking on the WORKOUT VIDEOS image on the Home screen of the App.
Record your activity by clicking on the 'Record Workout' button after completing a video workout or by clicking on the 'Activity' circle on the left of the Home screen or the 'Record Activity' button at the bottom of the Home screen. You can add in any other exercise you've completed for the day such as a walk or run or add in your daily steps. If you are synching with a FitBit, then your daily steps will be listed here too.
