How do I pause or cancel my subscription?

Healthy Mummy Meals To You operate as a friendly subscription service which means you can stop and pause your deliveries. Follow the steps below.

 

1. Log in into your Customer Dashboard.
2. Click ‘Manage Subscriptions’,
3. Choose to either ‘Cancel Item’ or ‘Pause ‘Item Till’
4. You will then receive a confirmation email.

 

Please remember to stop/pause your subscription before cut off (Wed 11:30pm, the week prior to delivery).
