If you have an Apple watch you can sync the Apple Health app with our app so your exercise minutes and steps are added into The Healthy Mummy App.
From the home screen of The Healthy Mummy App, tap on Activity, and then hit Sync in the top right corner of the screen.
Select Apple Health.
This will prompt you to login to your fitness tracker account, and that will complete the sync.
Please note that metres in the Apple Health app will convert to steps in The Healthy Mummy App
The Healthy Mummy App will only count steps if the Apple Health activity is walking. For all other activity types, it will show as minutes in My Activity Log.
