How do I use Carb X?

**Please follow the instructions on the box for how to use the product and you will have no issues consuming Carb X. Enjoy 1 sachet (3g) mixed with 100ml of water, 30 mins before a meal, up to three times per day. You can also add a sachet of Carb X to your smoothie. Consume immediately after preparation. **

Can I take Carb X and Control X together?

Yes you can take both of these products before a meal. They work quite differently, Control X to help your tummy feel fuller, and Carb X acts on the carbohydrates you ingest. We would not suggest mixing them together in the same glass as the tastes are quite different.

How does Carb X work?

Carb X contains a combination of ingredients which contribute to normal macronutrient (proteins, fats and carbohydrates) metabolism including nutrients chromium, thiamine and zinc.
