How can I manage my delivery? Can AusPost leave it in a safe place?

You will receive an email with tracking info, and this is also available in your account under Orders.

We recommend creating a MyPost account with Australia Post.

Control your deliveries, track your parcels, redirect your deliveries, have your parcels left in a safe place, and more using your MyPost account.

For the best possible delivery experience, use the same mobile number, mailing address & email address shopping online & with your MyPost account. 

 

If you would like your order to be left in a safe place, please use the SafeDrop feature in your MyPost account. 

Set Safe Drop as your delivery preference from a MyPost account. Once you do this, we’ll apply it to any future eligible signature parcels.

You can change your preferences at any time or cancel Safe Drop for individual parcels. 

How to set up Safe Drop:

  1. Sign up for a MyPost account (or log in if you already have one).
  2. Under your account name, select Manage account, then go to Preferences.
  3. Follow the steps within the Delivery preferences section.
  4. Follow the steps to change your delivery preferences.

To see if we’ll apply Safe Drop for a parcel that’s on its way, just check the item details in the track list in your MyPost account. Whenever possible we’ll notify you in advance if a parcel is ineligible
