Within 30 days of purchase, to initiate your return, simply log into your Iconic Account and under the "Return and Item" section, click "Return Item(s)". Select the item you wish to return, and if the item/s are eligible, you will be able to select how you would like to process your return. Returns for products purchased through The Iconic are subject to their returns policy. A returns label will be generated, which you can print or, if you don't have a printer, you can take note of the RQA number on your label or show the label at any Post Office and they can print it for you. This should replace any existing labels on your parcel.
